Founded by Al Sirmon  and Chappy Manning, RN, CPC, CPMA, Pathology Practice Advisors, LLC in Columbia, SC, provides management advisory services to pathology practices.  Al Sirmon, co-founder of Pathology Service Associates (PSA)  has worked with over 100 pathology practices nationwide for more than 25 years. Al has extensive knowledge and experience in the full range of business needs for pathologists, including billing, reimbursement analysis and monitoring, payer contract auditing and negotiations, group valuations, and more.
